Loewi is not afraid of silence - in the best way. She gives you space to think, doesn’t interrupt, and doesn’t follow a script. She allows you to be. She truly listens and shares her thoughts with clarity and precision. Talking to her was pleasurable in itself.

Her knowledge of training, nutrition, health, and human psychology/behavior - and how they`re interconnected - is extensive and nuanced. It’s easy to trust someone who is nuanced, empathetic, and grounded in herself.

Since it is the end of my 3 months of coaching, I really wanted to thank you — even though the word isn’t enough.

Not only did I learn how to push myself at the gym - (and to eat eggs in the morning lmao), but the most important thing was becoming aware of my repetitive behavior — something that affects not only my personal and professional life, but that could also have reduced my results and my motivation.

Also, as a woman, I realized there are so many things we should have learned as children, and I really appreciated that you were aware of this and gave advice to help me go through every phase the best way possible.

This coaching is so much more than gym plans and nutrition guides — it’s a journey of personal growth to become the very best version of yourself.

It wasn’t easy, and it won’t always be easy, but in only 3 months I can assure you there is no way I will go back to the place I was when I started this. I feel stronger, and I cannot wait to see what’s next — but I am sure it will be brighter.

Ik vertrouw alleen Loewi wanneer het neerkomt op schema’s. Dus bij deze, heb ik de 6 dagen gekocht omdat mijn gym doelen zijn verandert. Ik vind de schema ZO ontzettend fijn. Ik kijk uit naar mijn gymdagen🥹 Omdat er mobiliteit en core in zit train je diverser dan de standaard sport schema’s. Dit werkt enorm goed voor mij en ik voel me zo veel sterker.

Ik ben nu drie weken bezig met het Start To Gym Plan en ik ben echt onder de indruk van de resultaten die ik in zo een korte termijn kon bereiken!
Dit programma heeft me niet alleen geholpen om zelfverzekerder in de gym te staan, maar ik zie en voel ook al een groot verschil in mijn lichaam en conditie.

Wat ik zo fijn vind:
- Heel duidelijke en haalbare workouts, persoonlijk vind ik het perfect voor beginners.
- Goede uitleg en structuur.
- Na drie weken voel ik me al sterker, energieker en zie ik duidelijke verbeteringen.
Het verschil is fysiek misschien niet zo groot maar ik voel me al zoveel beter in mijn vel!

Ik combineer het plan met een evenwichtig, eiwitrijk dieet en zorg ervoor dat ik voldoende calorieën eet op basis van mijn gewicht, lengte en leeftijd.
Het resultaat? Vier kilo kwijt in drie weken. En ik heb ook het gevoel dat mijn spieren meer zichtbaar zijn.

Naar de gym gaan voelt niet langer als een opgave, maar als iets waar ik naar uitkijk. Ik koos voor het 3-day split-programma, maar heb er nu spijt van dat ik niet meteen de 4-day split nam, ik had nooit verwacht dat de zin om te gaan, er elke dag zou zijn! :)
Inmiddels ga ik vijf keer per week, waarvan drie dagen krachttraining volgens het plan met cardio achteraf en twee dagen cardio.

Mijn mening: Loewi’s aanpak is laagdrempelig, motiverend en effectief.
Het plan heeft mijn kijk op fitness compleet veranderd en ik hoop dat er in de toekomst nog nieuwe programma’s komen!

I booked my 3 first PT-sessions with Loewi and I am so glad I did! I had never done any weight-training before, but as I was doing yoga frequently and surf in summer, I realised that I would improve other sports as well by working on my muscles. I specifically chose her as I really like that she trains so many females and I find the info she shares on muscles/female body inspiring. She made a personalized plan for me after 3 sessions and it has been a few weeks now that I go by myself. Not only do I feel how everything goes much easier so smoothly, I also feel confident doing it :) as I am lifting weights I hear her saying “3 more” and I do so haha. Would highly recommend if you are, just like me, new to this!!

Dit schema is precies wat ik nodig had. Een fijne balans tussen mobiliteit, cardio en kracht voor een optimale algehele gezondheid! Ik train al jaren maar wordt met dit schema weer precies genoeg uitgedaagd en voel me na 2 weken al een stuk fitter. Bedankt Loewi 🥰

After taking a short break from weightlifting I felt like I needed a new challenge and some extra motivation. I bought this plan and am now starting week 3, never been more motivated in the gym! Absolutely love this plan, the lower reps / higher volume is amazing as I get overwhelmed easily in the gym, this is helping me to stay focused. Pure perfection! Thank you Loewi and Toni 🙏🏼

Met de plannen van Loewi en Toni, ontdekte ik een nieuwe, sportieve, gedisciplineerde en gemotiveerde kant van mezelf. Ik dacht jaren dat sport niets voor mij was, en dat ik gewoon niet sportief was aangelegd, maar deze plannen bewezen het tegengestelde. Na een twijfelachtige start, die eerste maand in de fitness, ontdekte ik het plezier en de voldoening erachter. Ik leerde enorm veel op korte tijd. Sinds kort gebruik ik ook de say-no-to-yoyo gids, wat een heel goede aanvulling is op de ‘fitnessjourney’. Nog nooit vond ik zo’n logische, rationele verklaringen omtrent ‘diëten’ en weightloss. Hun grounded, no BS, aanpak is exact wat ik nodig had. Eindelijk zie ik het bos door de bomen, na jaren verdwaald te zijn in de overvloed aan (vaak foute) informatie omtrent sporten en voeding.

Het gaat voor mij ondertussen al veel verder dan louter ‘body-image’. Ik ben Loewi en Toni echt heel erg dankbaar voor deze gidsen, ze zijn een belangrijk puzzelstuk in de weg naar verbetering/verandering, wat je doel dan ook is.

Elk plan dat ik tot nu toe gebruikte, raad ik iedereen aan, maar in het bijzonder het start-to-gymplan voor beginners. Het is echt een van de snelste manieren om van je gym-anxiety af te komen, en geeft je een boost in je zelfvertrouwen!

I’m following Livin’ Toned for a long time already on Instagram. Really love their view on fitness and nutrition. I was struggling with my calorie deficit and protein intake and had no energy/motivation anymore for my weight trainings, so I booked in a call with Loewie to explain my problem and ask for tips.

She asked me about the start of my journey until today to have a full view of what’s going on. She noticed my proteine intake is way too low and gave me lots of tips to increase this, how many calories I should be eating, good food I should be eating, where to buy, what to do on days i’m not training … I could ask my whole list of questions and got an answer on all of them.

This call alone already gave me motivation to get my ass back in the gym :-)

I love this split! Great idea to have ab+cardio days as this really helps to be more consistent. I also love the order of the exercises on leg days - it makes it much easier for me to engage the right muscles. :) Super excited to see the progress I am going to make in the coming months.

Loewi made me rediscover my joy in weight training! I value her science-based approach, as well as her expertise in not only training-to-failure ;) but also in promoting mental well-being and women in weightlifting.

Net gestart met dit plan en vind de variatie aan oefeningen superleuk! Ik voel mij na week 1 al supergoed en leer zoveel bij. Al helemaal in love met dit plan!

Ik heb 6 PT lessen gevolgd bij Loewi en ik heb hier zo veel uit geleerd! Niet enkel op vlak van mijn vorm en houding maar ook op het vlak van mezelf te pushen. Ook heb ik nieuwe oefeningen of variaties op oefeningen geleerd.

Ze zal er voor zorgen dat je altijd tot het uiterste gaat waardoor je eigenlijk verschiet van wat je zelf kan. Als je alleen traint is het soms moeilijker om te pushen tot het uiterste, zij geeft u net dat laatste zetje om toch die laatste rep nog te doen. Bereid u alleen wel voor, als Loewi zegt ‘nog 2’ moet je er garantie nog 6 doen 😅.

Loewi is super lief en aangenaam om mee te trainen. Ze zorgt ervoor dat je je comfortabel voelt en luistert naar wat je wil. Je merkt ook echt dat ze weet waar ze mee bezig is en kan heel veel uitleg geven over oefeningen of voeding.

Ik raad de 1 op 1 lessen zeker aan!! Ze zijn het meer dan waard. Ik ben zeker van plan om nog trainingen te boeken 💪🏼

I visited Antwerp and booked a PT session with Toni. Man... I wish I lived closer because it really is so valuable! I had asked so many people what I could do to improve my squat and be able to train without back pain, and I never really knew what to do. It's clear to me Toni continuously educates himself and is very driven to share and apply his knowledge. Also: you will absolutely learn a new way of challenging yourself. I'll be applying allll this knowledge to my own trainings now and will definitely book again should I ever be close to Antwerp in the future. Go book your session(s)! :)

I have been consistently training for two years now, and I used to think that my own experience and some YouTube videos were enough for making progress. However, after today's session with Toni, I realized that this is not the case.

Throughout the workout, he constantly pushed and corrected me, pointing out areas where I still needed to improve my form and technique, while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.

As a client, it's your responsibility to ask as many questions as you have about your body and training, and Toni will be there with the answers.

I would definitely recommend the 1-to-1 sessions with him and would be happy to do it again!

I'd been training for almost a year and a half when I decided to get help and book some sessions with Toni. There were quite some PT's available at my gym, but I opted to go for Toni since I had the impression he would be the most knowledgeable. And he proved this to be more than true! Since the first session, Toni immediately provided a much more optimized plan, corrected my technique, pushed me well to my max, and was answering every single question with clear, science-based facts. Since training with him, I've seeing improvements with every single session, whereas before, it took me at least several weeks to get somewhat similar progress. Toni is an absolutely amazing coach, who will motivate you to really push yourself to your limit and build your strength, leveraging his extensive knowledge. I cannot recommend him enough, no matter your fitness level, he will do wonders!

i have been training for a long time but have always struggled to find a workout that would really strenghten my legs. i have been using this plan for 3 weeks and i already see and feel soooo different. it works amazing and really gives you the space to make it as hard or as easy as you want it to be. thankyou loewwie & toni for making this pearl. love x

I’ve had 20 sessions and the way I learned consistency, pushing myself to my limit, it’s a whole different level!
I now have the confidence, knowledge and determination to do this on my own, with so much love for it.
Having knee, back and neck problems in the past for years non-stop, I was a bit scared.
Now I haven’t had any problems. My body feels stronger than ever and I now know what my body can take. Which is a lot more than I thought!
Toni and Loewie are absolutely experts in their field. They have the technical knowledge and people skills to coach anyone properly. They are both so capable, yet humble which makes it very pleasant to be trained by.

So… If you’re in doubt, just do it. You will not regret it!!

SO happy with this plan!! Been hormone free for almost a year now and it feels so good to train in sync with my cycle. I know where and when my limits are, it allows me to train guilt-free, and cut the negative self talk when i don't push it as hard as before. so thank you so much for this plan, you're contributing to my physical and mental health <3

Have been using the HFM schedule for several weeks now with visible results! The schedule is nicely constructed with the necessary information. This is the first time I've stayed so consistent, and I'm definitely not done yet.

Perfect for people who haven’t gone to the gym before (like me). It allows you to go to the gym prepared & confident, knowing which machines to use and more importantly how to. Enjoying these baby steps.

Super tevreden! Dit is eindelijk wetenschappelijk onderbouwd en heel gemakkelijk om als beginner je te houden aan het schema. Voldoende uitleg bij de oefeningen en ik zie meteen vooruitgang. Ik vind het nu zelfs jammer als ik een sessie moet overslaan/verplaatsen omdat het niet past in mijn agenda...

Sinds jaar en dag volg ik Livin'toned. De positieve energie, gym facts waarmee je wekelijks bestookt wordt op hun socials en de aesthetic zorgen dat je dagelijks betrokken blijft. Ik heb reeds meerdere plannen in mijn bezit en boekte fantastische resultaten. Zowel op fysiek maar ook mentaal vlak! Om mezelf dat extra zetje te geven voor 2023 schafte ik "New year new me" aan.
Na de eerste fase te doorlopen hebben, snak ik alleen naar meer gym time!
