Many people ask for a meal plan, but your diet is so much more than simply following suggested meals. What we eat is closely connected to our lifestyle, stress levels, training routine, hormones, mental health and daily habits. Without understanding how hormones, gut health, lack of knowledge & mental health can influence cravings or other nutritional habits, a static meal plan often ends up being more frustrating than helpful. 

So I found the sweet spot between a 'meal plan' and extensive coaching. 

We start with a call where we look at your current habits, your relationship with food, your training, energy levels and goals. From there I create a nutrition structure that is realistic and motivating. Longterm success is more about understanding what drives your eating behavior that following a meal plan x-amount of weeks. 

Instead of giving you a rigid list of meals, you’ll receive clear guidelines that help you understand how to nourish yourself in a way that supports fat loss/weight gain, strength training, hormonal balance and overall wellbeing.
